Please follow these steps to arrange the correct spare part for your equipment:
1. Please complete the form below, including as much information as possible
2. Please allow one business day for our Spare Parts team to submit your request to the brand manufacturer's parts team.
3. You will be contacted within 2 business days by our in-house Spare Parts manager with an update.
4. If a part is needed to be ordered from overseas and can be covered under warranty to resolve your issue, our resolutions manager will send a daily follow up to the supplier to know the ETA of the replacement part and keep you updated.
5. If you are purchasing a part for your unit, the spares parts team will send you the tracking details once it's ready and you are welcome to contact the courier directly as the receiver.
